Tuna & Avocado Tartare

INGREDIENTS
Tuna, Avocado, Onion, Soya sauce, Salt, Lemon juice, Rice cracker

METHOD
• Chop tuna and season with soya sauce; keep separate.
• Finely chop avocado; add lemon juice, salt and onion to it.
• Place a ring mould and spread avocado mixture evenly.
• Then place a smaller ring mould and place the chopped and seasoned tuna in it.
• Arrange slices of avocado on the chopped and seasoned tuna.
• Garnish with a tuna cube.
• Serve with rice crackers.
