Spinach & Goat Cheese Ravioli

INGREDIENTS
Refined flour, Organic egg, Olive oil (extra virgin), Spinach, Goat cheese, Almonds, Amul cream cheese, Salt, Black pepper, Butter, Hot dog bun, Basil leaves, Table tomato, Cherry tomato, Zucchini, Caper, Peeled tomato, Grano padano, Garlic, Kalamata olives

METHOD
• Make a ravioli pasta dough with eggs, oil and flour.
• Next stuff blanched spinach, cream cheese and goat cheese, along with roasted almonds in the pasta dough.
• Cut the pasta dough in the shape of ravioli.
• Then blanch the ravioli and give it an ice bath.
• Make the tomato sauce with garlic, oil, basil, cherry tomato, along with salt and pepper to taste; remember, the sauce should be of medium consistency.

For Garnish
• Caramelised zucchini, basil, Parmesan cheese.
• Serve with garlic bread.
