INGREDIENTS
200 g chicken, boneless, 10 g garlic, 15 g mint, 3 g salt, 2 g black pepper, 10 g celery, 10 ml leek, A few breadcrumbs, One egg, Oil for frying, Mint leaves, for garnishing
METHOD
• Add all the above ingredients (except the egg and breadcrumbs) and pass through a meat processor to mince it.
• Now turn the mince into round balls; apply oil on your palms while doing so.
• Coat the balls with beaten egg and roll them on the crumbs.
• Deep fry the balls and serve them hot after garnishing with mint leaves.
