INGREDIENTS
170 ml pomelo juice, 10 ml lemon juice, 30 ml soda water, pomelo shreds, finely chopped, 1 sprig mint leaves, 5”cucumber sticks, for garnish
METHOD
• Take a pilsner glass. Rim the edges of the glass with lemon.
• Then tilt it upside down and coat it with equal proportion of salt and sugar.
• Pour the pomelo juice; then add 10 ml of lemon juice.
• Now add 30 ml soda water. Add finely chopped pomelo shreds and mint.
• Garnish with cucumber sticks and serve chilled.
