INGREDIENTS
2 ripe bananas, medium-sized, 4 dates, finely chopped, 2 tbsp jaggery, grated, 1 tsp honey, 1 tsp ghee , 2 cardamom pods, peeled and crushed
METHOD
• Mash the bananas and add them to a heated pan and sauté.
• Add the chopped dates and jaggery and mix well.
• Finally, add honey, ghee and crushed cardamom and mix well.
• As the preparation lets out a lovely aroma, your Panchamirtham is ready to be served.
