INGREDIENTS
150 g nachos, 50 g processed cheese
For the salsa:
20 g onion, chopped, 20 g tomatoes, chopped, 5 g green chillies, 5 ml lemon juice, 2 g crushed black pepper, 10 g coriander leaves, 20 g black olives, Salt to taste
METHOD
• Prepare the tomato and olive salsa by adding all the ingredients in a mixing bowl.
• Now arrange the nachos on a plate and sprinkle processed cheese on it followed by salsa on top.
• Top it with another layer of cheese and serve.
