MOROCCAN MINT TEA

INGREDIENTS
100 ml water, 3 tea bags, 10 g mint leaves, 5 ml lime juice, 10 g sugar, mint sprig, for garnish, lime wedge, for garnish

METHOD
• Heat water in a pan and add the tea bags to it and keep aside for a while.
• Strain this black tea in a vessel. Add mint leaves, lime juice and sugar to it and mix well.
• Garnish with a mint sprig and lime wedges and serve hot.
