INGREDIENTS
1½ kg King fish fillets, 15 g chilli powder, 5 g coriander powder, 5 g turmeric powder, 20 g ginger-garlic paste, 5 tsp lemon juice, salt to taste
METHOD
• Wash the fish and keep aside; mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.
• Coat the fish with this mixture and grill it on a griddle on slow heat.
• Remove and serve hot with steamed rice and dal.
