INGREDIENTS
4 basa fillets, 3 tbsp olive oil
For Marination
1 tsp garlic paste, 3 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp butter, 5-6 nos. fresh basil leaves, crushed, Salt to taste, Black pepper powder to taste
METHOD
• Pat-dry basa fillets with kitchen paper. Place them on a baking dish.
• In a small bowl, mix garlic paste, crushed basil, lemon juice, butter, salt and black pepper powder, and season the basa fillets with the mixture. Keep this for 5 minutes.
• On a non-stick pan, add 3 tbsp oil and, on a low flame, sear the marinated basa for 4 minutes on each side.
• Garnish with slices of lemon and a basil sprig. Serve with tomato sauce.
