INGREDIENTS
2 capsicums, whole, 40 pieces of Chicken Supreme, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp garam masala powder, 100 g corn flour, 4 sprigs curry leaves, 5 tsp fennel seeds, 10 garlic cloves, crushed, 2 onions, sliced, 30 g chilli paste, 15 g ginger-garlic paste, 3 tsp lemon juice, 4 tbsp oil
METHOD
• Slice the capsicums and onions finely.
• Marinate the chicken pieces with powdered spices and corn flour and keep aside.
• Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry the pieces till they are golden brown in colour. Remove the chicken pieces and keep aside.
• Now heat oil in a separate pan and add the curry leaves, fennel seeds, crushed garlic cloves and sliced capsicum and onions.
• Mix in the chilli paste and ginger-garlic paste; add a little water and let it cook for a while.
• Add the fried chicken pieces and lemon juice and toss well.
• Remove from heat and serve hot with rotis.
