INGREDIENTS
300 gm digestive biscuits, 70 gm butter, melted, 400 gm dark chocolate slab, 70 ml milk, 3 nos. eggs
METHOD
• Blend the digestive biscuits in a food processor and add melted butter to it.
• Place the mixture in a tart tin to form the base of your dessert. Pre-heat the oven and then bake the base for 15 minutes at 180°C.
• Over a double-boiler, melt the dark chocolate slab and add milk to make the chocolate filling.
• Once the mixture cools, add eggs individually and blend thoroughly.
• Add the filling to the tart base; bake the dessert for 45 minutes at 160°C.
• Once baked, let the tart cool down for at least 2 hours.
• Cut into slices and serve.
