INGREDIENTS
2 cups wheat flour, 1 cup ghee, 1 cup sugar, 2 tbsp cardamom powder, 2 tsp milk, 2 tbsp dried fruits, chopped
METHOD
• Heat ghee in a pan and add the wheat flour.
• Sauté the flour till the colour changes to brown.
• Slowly sprinkle hot milk to make the mixture crisp.
• Now mix in the dried fruits and cardamom powder.
• Let the mixture cool down completely and then add the sugar.
• Divide the mixture into equal portions.
• Apply a little ghee on your hands and shape each portion into a cylindrical roll. Serve.
