INGREDIENTS
200 g cottage cheese (paneer), 40 g green peas, 10 g ginger, chopped, 10 g garlic, chopped, 20 g onion, chopped, 10 g peanuts, 5 g green chillies, chopped, Salt to taste
METHOD
• Take fresh paneer and mash it along with the green peas.
• Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
• Divide the dough into small portions and give them a cylindrical shape.
• Shallow fry on a flat tawa or griddle and serve hot with mint chutney.
