CORN SALAD WITH GRAINS AND PUFFED RICE

INGREDIENTS
1 tsp puffed rice, 2 tbsp corn (boiled and charred), 1 tbsp boiled finger millets (ragi), 1 tbsp boiled sarghum (jowar), 1 tsp tomato, chopped in small cubes, 1 tsp onion, chopped in small cubes, 1 tsp coriander, to garnish, 1 tsp beetroot purée, 1 tbsp tamarind (imli) chutney, Sev, to garnish, Salt to taste

METHOD
• Mix all the ingredients except sev and beetroot purée.
• Garnish with sev and serve with beetroot purée.
