CHAWAL KE SATTU

INGREDIENTS
2 cups rice, 1 cup powdered sugar, 2 cups ghee, silver warq, as required dried fruits (almonds and pistachios), chopped

METHOD
• Wash and dry the rice. Lightly roast the rice on low heat and grind it into a fine powder.
• Pour warm ghee into a kadai and roast the ground rice into it.
• Remove from the heat and cool it.
• Add sugar and dried fruits and mix well.
• Make big laddus of the mixture and decorate it with the silver warq. Serve.
