INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp kasuri methi, 2 onions, finely chopped, 1 cup mixed vegetables , (¼ cauliflower, ¼ capsicum, ¼ carrot, ¼ cup French beans), finely chopped, 6-8 garlic cloves, ground into paste, 5-6 green chillies, ground into paste, 3 bunches of spinach (boiled and ground into a paste), 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp cream, 3 tbsp oil, salt to taste
METHOD
• Heat oil in a pan; add the kasuri methi, onions and mixed vegetables.
• Sauté till the mixture softens.
• Add the garlic-chilli paste, salt and sugar and fry for a minute.
• Mix in the spinach paste and boil for 2-3 minutes.
• Garnish with cream and serve hot with rotis.
