INGREDIENTS
3 potatoes, boiled and mashed, 1 cup mixed, boiled and half-mashed vegetables (peas, French beans, carrots and corn), 3 tbsp cashew pieces, 3 tbsp almond pieces, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, 2 tbsp raisins (optional), 1 tsp garam masala, 1 tsp amchur powder, 2 tbsp kasuri methi, 1 tsp ginger-chilli paste, 1 tbsp poppy seeds (khuskhus), rawa, for coating, salt to taste
METHOD
• Mix together all the ingredients except the rawa.
• Divide the mixture into small portions and prepare heart-shaped cutlets.
• Coat these cutlets by rolling them on the rawa.
• Deep-fry the cutlets in hot oil till crisp.
