INGREDIENTS
200 g fresh apples, 200 g fresh strawberries, 50 g celery, 2 g black salt, Chilled water, as required
METHOD
• Peel the apples and cut them into small pieces.
• Blend the strawberries, celery and apples together to make a fine puree.
• Add chilled water to adjust consistency.
• Then pass the blended mixture through a strainer.
• Add black salt and serve chilled.
