INGREDIENTS
25 to 30 spinach (palak) leaves, 20 sprigs of mint, 15 sprigs of coriander (dhania), 1 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp jaljeera powder (optional), Crushed ice to serve
METHOD
• Blend all ingredients till smooth, adding a little water if required.
• Strain the juice using a strainer or a muslin cloth.
• Add lemon juice and jaljeera powder to it. Mix well.
• Fill two glasses with desired amount of crushed ice and pour the juice over the ice.
Serve immediately.
