INGREDIENTS
200 gm red kidney beans (rajma), 10 g onion, chopped, 10 g garlic, chopped, 5 fresh coriander leaves, 1 g cloves, powdered, 2 g garam masala, Juice of a lemon, Salt to taste
METHOD
• Soak the rajma for 3-4 hours and then boil or pressure cook it.
• After it gets boiled and cooled, mash the rajma to a pulp.
• Add chopped onion, garlic, coriander leaves, clove powder, garam masala, lemon juice and salt to it and mix well.
• Divide the dough into small portions and shape them in the form of a medallion.
• Cook them on a flat tawa or griddle and serve hot.
