ROCK CHOCOLATES

INGREDIENTS
30 ml milk, 30 ml condensed milk, 150 g sugar, 150 g chocolate, 20 g cocoa powder, 10 g corn flakes, 60 g almonds, chopped, 60 g walnuts, peeled and chopped

METHOD
• Heat milk in a pan. Bring it to a boil.
• Add condensed milk and sugar and stir continuously.
• Now mix in the chocolate and cocoa powder and stir well.
• Add the almonds, walnuts and corn flakes. Mix well.
• Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions.
• Now grease a full plate or a tray with melted butter.
• Place the balls one by one on the plate.
• Shape these balls like rock chocolates. Once the balls are solidified and set, remove them from the plate.
• Your rock chocolates are ready.
