INGREDIENTS
60 ml dark rum, 6-8 nos. redcurrant, 8-10 nos. fresh mint leaves, 2 tsp lime juice, 2 tsp sugar syrup
For garnish
Fresh redcurrant, Mint leaves
METHOD
• Muddle mint leaves and redcurrants.
• Add other ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously.
• Pour and serve the mixture in a glass.
• Garnish with fresh redcurrants and mint leaves.
