INGREDIENTS
60 ml dark rum, 4-6 nos. fresh sage leaves, 2 tsp lime juice, 2 tsp sugar syrup, 60 ml sour mix, Bitters
For garnish
1 no. fresh basil leaf, 1 no. dehydrated lemon
METHOD
• Muddle fresh sage leaves.
• Add all the ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously.
• Pour and serve mixture in a martini glass.
• Garnish with fresh basil leaf, dehydrated lemon and muddled sage leaves.
