INGREDIENTS
60 ml white rum, 60 ml grapefruit juice, 10 ml lime juice, 2 tsp sugar syrup, 60 ml sour mix, 1 tsp elderflower syrup, Bitters
For garnish
• Fresh grapefruit and edible flowers
METHOD
• Mix all ingredients (except for garnish) in a shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
• Pour and serve mixture in a rock glass.
• Garnish with a piece of fresh grapefruit and edible flowers.
