Kacche Kele Ki Tikki

INGREDIENTS
5 nos. raw bananas, 1 big potato, 50 gm paneer, 2 tbsp cornflour, 1 inch grated ginger or 1 tsp ginger paste, 2 nos. green chillies, finely chopped, 2-3 tbsp green coriander, finely chopped, 2 tsp oil, Black salt to taste, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, 50 gm ghee

METHOD
• Take bananas and potato in a pot and pour water until it covers them fully. Place it on
a flame, put the lid on and let them cook until the water starts to boil.
• Peel and mash them together in a bowl.
• Mix well with grated paneer, cornflour, black salt, green chillies, ginger, green coriander and black pepper powder. Its consistency should be suitable to hold. Mix well.
• Divide the mixture in two equal-sized portions.
• Grease your hands with some oil, and then take a portion each and roll it into a smooth ball. Press it slightly to obtain a round flat shape.
• In a non-stick pan, shallow-fry them until golden.
• Serve with tomato ketchup or with mint chutney.
