Sahi Halwa

INGREDIENTS
¼ cup suji (semolina), ¼ cup wheat flour, ½ cup sugar, ¼ cup mixed dried fruit powder (cashew, almond and walnut), 1 cup milk, 2 tbsp cream or fresh malai, 7-8 nos. raisins, 4 tbsp ghee

METHOD
• Roast suji and wheat flour together in ghee, until it becomes light brown in colour.
• Keep the flame low and add sugar and milk together. Mix it well and stir it regularly.
• Now add dried fruit powder and malai.
Stir it well together.
• Continue stirring until the halwa leaves the pan’s sides.
• Garnish with raisins and serve hot.
