Berry Kanji

INGREDIENTS
50 gm frozen berries, 2 gm asafoetida, 2 gm ajwain, 5 gm black salt, 5 gm salt, 2 gm chaat masala, Charcoal for smoke, 6 buds cloves, 6 cardamom pods, 5 ml oil, 2-3 sprigs of mint, 1 lemon

METHOD
• Coarsly blend the frozen berries in a blender.
• Take a mixing bowl and add ajwain, black salt, salt, chaat masala and stir well.
• Add water to dilute the mixture.
• Take a ladle, heat up with oil. Add hing and pour it in the mix. Stir well.
• Take charcoal in small bowl and put cloves, cardamom and ghee for smoke.
• Cover it with lid.
• Serve chilled with a sprig of mint and lemon wedge.
