HOME-MADE MANGO JAM

INGREDIENTS
500 gm fresh mango pulp, 500 gm sugar, 5 gm cinnamon sticks, 4 nos. bay leaves, 20 gm butter, 1 no. lemon, 500 ml mango juice

METHOD
• In a pot melt butter, now put bay leaf and cinnamon stick.
• After that, pour mango pulp, cook for 5 minutes.
• Put sugar in the mixture, let the sugar dissolve.
• Now gradually pour mango juice, while doing so, squeeze a slice of lemon on it.
• Let it cook for 20 to 25 minutes.
• Cool jam and keep in an airtight container.
• Enjoy this preservative-free jam with a slice of bread or paratha.
