INGREDIENTS
4 pieces fresh mango, pulped, 200 gm rice, 100 gm sugar, 5 gm cardamom, 10 gm dry fruits, 250 ml milk, 100 gm mawa
METHOD
• Boil rice in milk with cardamom; when rice gets well-cooked, put sugar and stir well so that the sugar dissolves.
• Now put mawa and dry fruits to the kheer mixture. Mix well, now add mango pulp .
• Serve cold or hot with a garnish of dry fruits and mango chunks.
