Ingredients
baby corn, boiled, 200 g, onion, chopped finely, one, tomato, chopped finely, one, capsicum, finely chopped, one, cumin powder, 1 tsp, garam masala powder, 1 tsp, red chilli powder, ½ tsp, lime juice, ½ tsp, oil, 2 tbsp, salt to taste, coriander leaves, finely chopped, for garnish
Method
• In a pan, heat oil and sauté the onions in it.
• Add the boiled corn and chopped capsicum and fry for a minute.
• Then, add tomatoes and sauté again.
• Add all the spice powders and adjust salt; let it cook well.
• Take it off the heat, and sprinkle lime juice on top.
• Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
