Cous Cous Mango Bell Pepper Salad

Ingredients:
1 cup cous cous, Half raw mango Half hapus mango, 1 strip each capsicum (red/yellow/green), 2-3 strip fresh coriander, 1 tsp chilli flakes, Half bowl pomegranate, 2-3 pcs black olives, Salt, as per taste

Method:
• Keep the cous cous in water to soak and then drain out extra water after it is soaked.
• Now, cut both mango and capsicum in small cubes.
• Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl and while serving, garnish with mango.
